A Few Things to Keep in Mind
These are designed as drop-in replacements, so wiring them up is quick and easy. But there is a catch. High-density IR output creates a lot of waste heat. If your conveyor housing doesn’t have good venting, that heat builds up and kills your lamps faster. You’ll need to make sure your cooling fans can actually handle the total wattage of the bank.
