It heats the core, not just the skin. Why carbon fiber? Most heaters use metal alloy wires. The problem is, those wires hate high heat—they oxidize and eventually snap. We used a carbon-based filament because it just doesn’t care about the heat. It stays strong even when you’re flipping it on and off all day. Plus, it’s built for those bulkier loads where surface heat just doesn’t cut it. A quick word of caution Here is the thing: this isn’t a “plug it in and walk away” kind of tool. It works with most industrial controllers, but you have to be smart about where you put it. 2600W in a 640mm frame creates some serious localized heat. If your housing is cheap or your ventilation is an afterthought, you’re going to warp your chassis or trip your breakers. Take a minute to plan your layout. Give it room to breathe. Best uses? If you’re doing PET blowing, curing paint, or industrial drying, this is your best bet. You get the high wattage and deep penetration you need, but without the constant fear of breaking a fragile halogen glass tube.
